The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

How do I prepare before help arrives?Great question! Just pick up the extra items around your floors and empty your sink. Leave the rest to us! Please do not use bleach before we come as we have staff that is allergic to this particular chemical.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products or equipment?We provide all of this. If you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use leave us a note or mention it during the initial walk-through of your home. **Please note that products containing bleach are never used by us. **For commercial clients, we may ask to use your mop depending on the type of business.

Do you wash exterior windows?Unfortunately, we do not wash exterior windows.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

How are your services kid and pet friendly?Great question! We love pets and kids. We use special products that are safe for them. We have 2 vacuums; one for houses with pets, one for houses without. All fabric used for cleaning is washed in an allergy reducing wash before moving from home to home. Please keep friendly pets in another area when we get down to business- we want to work efficiently for you! Kids are a joy! Your home is their home. Please ask them to give us space while we make your home shine.

Are you allergy friendly?Yes! No toxic clemicals or strong fragrances here. We use Norwex products whenever possible. Watch this video to understand the extent of the power of these amazing, chemical free products: We have 2 vacuums; one for houses with pets, one for houses without. What can I expect for a home cleaning?After we arrive, let's do a 'walk-through' if we haven't already had one. You show us your home, highlighting your target cleaning areas- or make a list. Then we're off and running! Please read our "services" tab under Home Cleaning and see all the areas of your house we target.

Payments Accepted
Our line of work is pretty straight forward. Cash or check at time of service or request an invoice with a 2 week due date.

We now accept Paypal and Venmo as of 2021.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 24 hours notice- no problem! Too many cancelations is not good on either side of business.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We know you like it clean. If you have anything needing to be touched up again, it needs to be an hour's worth of work to make the extra trip count or will will refund that hour to you. But we will make that area a priority when we come back again!
